Our Principal, Scott Wood, recently was quoted in a national magazine on the importance of CDHPs for mid-sized employers. His input included: “Our clients that implement full-replacement CDHPs consistently see 10 percent to 15 percent first-year savings and 2 percent to 3 percent additional savings each year thereafter.”
This was part of an article by Business Insurance
in its last issue of 2013, describing lessons that mid-sized employers can learn from large employers on innovations in benefits programs. The first of 10 lessons listed in the article was: Full-replacement CDHPs.
