Since February, Benefit Commerce Group has been conducting its 7th Annual Arizona Employee Benefits Benchmarking Survey, and now it’s almost time to reveal the results!
We will hold a VIRTUAL EVENT on the morning of Wednesday, June 3rd, to review the results and provide insights from a nationally acclaimed speaker on the topic of LOYALTY.
We are excited about this year’s survey and this event.
• Over 330 Arizona employers have completed the survey!
• The largest, most comprehensive AZ benefits benchmarking data available to you AT NO COST!
Take a look at our Event Program for the agenda, more details on the speakers and recognition of our co-sponsors.
For the first 6 years of this program, we hosted our Benchmarking Results event as an in-person seminar at a local resort meeting room. This year, we are committed to making our VIRTUAL EVENT just as awesome and impactful. Attendees will receive meaningful data, a great exchange of ideas and access to national speakers, with important takeaways to apply to their own workplaces.
Attendees will receive SHRM & HRCI CE credit.
This event is a great opportunity to:
• see how your employee benefits compare in AZ and nationally
• hear discussion of benefit considerations and trends in pandemic and post-pandemic times
• gain greater understanding of how to make people loyal to you and your organization
In addition to our employee benefits discussion, we always include a great keynote speaker on topics that are important to HR professionals and C-suite execs. This year is no exception, with nationally acclaimed James Kane speaking on LOYALTY.
Are you looking for loyalty from customers, employees, volunteers and more?
James Kane, world’s foremost expert on what makes someone truly loyal, will combine the latest research in neurology, anthropology and behavioral psychology with 100,000 years of human evolution to create an understanding of loyalty.
–You may have seen him speak last September at an Accelerent Breakfast event.
James will talk about:
–How our brain uses shortcuts to become more efficient, and this includes placing your relationships on a spectrum that determines how each is rated.
–We are more likely to be loyal to those relationships that are placed in the “Preferred” point in the spectrum.
–Your brain makes decisions on who to trust.
–That trust leads to loyalty
But it’s a whole lot more complicated than that, and James Kane will walk us through the process and tell us how we can create a sense of belonging with our customers, employees, volunteers and others, so they will remain loyal to us.
